INGREDIENTS: Glucosamine Sulfate, Boswellia Serrata Resin Extract, MSM, Ginger rhi-zome, Menthol, Aqua, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Palmitate, Octyldodecanol, Dime-thyl Sulfone, Glycerin/Zingiber Officinale Root Extract, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Stearate, Benzyl Alcohol, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil.

HOW TO USE: Apply 2-3 times a day. For external use only. Apply a small amount of cream to the skin around the joints and massage in circular movements in 15 minutes until complete-ly absorbed
